Cause
Windows firewall status was found to be enabled.
Action
To disable Windows firewall, on Windows 2003 or earlier run 'netsh firewall set opmode DISABLE'; on Windows 2008 or later run 'netsh advfirewall set allprofiles state off' at command prompt as an administrator on all the indicated nodes.
