Cause
An attempt by the Configuration Verification Utility (CVU) fix up operation to remove the RPM database files from the indicated directory on the indicated node failed.
Action
Ensure that the user running CVU fixup has read and write permissions for the inidcated directory on the indicated node. Resolve the problem described by the indicated error and retry the operation.
