Cause
An attempt was made to add Oracle Cluster Repository (OCR) storage on a device that is not managed by Oracle Automatic Storage Management (Oracle ASM). All OCR storage must be located on Oracle ASM storage.
Action
Ensure that all OCR storage is located on Oracle ASM and retry the operation.
