PRVG-11098
Oracle ACFS is configured and Highly Available IP (HAIP) is enabled on the nodes "{0}".

        Cause
The Configuration Verification Utility (CVU) found that the HAIP was enabled on the indicated nodes. HAIP is not supported on Exadata for Oracle Clusterware 18c and later.
        Action
Oracle ACFS is dependent on HAIP resource. HAIP cannot be disabled during upgrade and should be disabled after successful Oracle Clusterware upgrade operation. After successful Oracle Clusterware upgrade operation, ensure that no instances of Oracle Automatic Storage Management (Oracle ASM) and the databases are using the HAIP addresses by updating the 'cluster_interconnects' parameter with private IP addresses using SQL and disable HAIP using the 'crsctl modify resource ora.cluster_interconnect.haip -attr "ENABLED=0" -init' command on all of the indicated nodes. Refer to MOS note 2524069.1 for additional details.
