The permissions on the SCAN listener socket file "{0}" do not match the expected octal value on node "{1}". [Expected = "{2}" ; Found = "{3}"]
Cause
The Configuration Verification Utility found that the permissions of the indicated file on the indicated node were different from the required permissions. This might lead to failure in starting the SCAN listener.
Action
Remove the indicated SCAN listener socket file on the indicated node and restart the SCAN listener.
