Cause
The connect system call failed on the specified node.
Action
Examine the accompanying error message for details. Check the firewall rules. Make sure the firewall rules do not affect the cluster interconnect interfaces, protocols or network address space. On the Linux platform, the iptables or firewalld configuration may interfere with the network connections.
