Cause
The indicated Oracle Home for the indicated database was not found on the indicated nodes.
Action
Ensure that the indicated Oracle Home exists on the indicated nodes by running 'addNode.sh' or 'addNode.bat' from the indicated Oracle Home on a node that is already in the cluster before you run the 'root.sh' or 'root.bat' script. Alternatively, remove the indicated administrator managed database instances by using the command 'srvctl remove instance'.
