Cause
An attempt to create the specified directory failed on the local node.
Action
Make sure that the user running Configuration Verification Utility has the authority to create the indicated directory or specify a different (usable) directory using the CV_DESTLOC property in the cv/admin/cvu_config file under the software home directory.
