Management database not running on local node "{0}".
Cause
The Configuration Verification Utility (CVU) determined that management database was not running on the indicated local node, but was running on the remote node. CVU could not connect to the management database instance running on the remote node to get the required free space for Oracle base location.
Action
Ensure that either the management database is running on local node by relocating using 'srvctl relocate mgmtdb' command or perform the upgrade operation on the node where management database is running.
