Cause
The Configuration Verification Utility determined that one or more disks used for voting files in the indicated ASM disk group are offline.
Action
Either
- Ensure that the offline disks in the indicated ASM diskgroup are online by using the command 'asmcmd online -G disk group name -D disk name. The command 'asmcmd lsdsk -p -G disk group name' can be used to obtain the status of disks in the indicated ASM disk group.
or
- Use the command 'crsctl query css votedsk' to obtain the list of voting files. Add more disks to the indicated ASM disk group to match the specified expectation.
