Cause
An attempt to perform the Configuration Verification Utility (CVU) automated fix up operation failed.
Action
Examine the accompanying error message for details, resolve issues identified and retry the operation. To retry the automated fixup operation, stop and start the CVU resource using 'srvctl stop cvu' and 'srvctl start cvu' commands.
