Cause
The Configuration Verification Utility (CVU) determined that multiple instances of the indicated process is running on the indicated node.
Action
Ensure that no more than one instance of indicated process running on the indicated node. Kill all the instances of indicated process before re-attempting to start the HA or CRS stack. Refer to MOS note 2120502.1 for more details.
