Performs the appropriate checks on all the nodes in the nodelist before setting up Cluster Ready Services(CRS) for a fresh install as well as when upgrading from an existing installation. For performing checks for a fresh install, either -n or -file option must be specified, use -upgrade for performing checks for upgrade.
