The analysis by synchronous refresh indicated that the partition key of the materialized view (MV) was related to a column of a dimension table that was not the dimension table to which the partition key of the fact table was joined.

Check the partition keys of both the fact table and materialized view and check the joins of the materialized view to ensure the functional dependency check passes.
