Cause
An attempt to set up the process environment failed because an error occurred when Resource Discovery tool was initializing CLuSterware Backbone (CLSB) to enable trace file creation.
Action
Determine whether the environment variables ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_BASE are set. Refer to the Oracle Grid Infrastructure Installation Guide to set them appropriately and retry the operation.
