Cause
An RMAN command such as BACKUP, DUPLICATE, FLASHBACK, RECOVER, RESTORE has omitted processing data files belonging to the indicated pluggable database (PDB). This was because the data files belong to the PDB that has been marked excluded from backup and restore operations.
Action
No action is required.
