Cause
A conflict existed in the current control file for the specified file. This conflict occurred due to a point in time recovery which requrested the switch of a file which conflicts either in file number or tablespace attribute with a file in the current control file.
Action
This is an informational message only. A separate switch and recovery of the file is required after pluggable database open resetlogs.
