Datafile string (string) is part of skip list hence will not be created.
Cause
Specified datafile is part of a skip list during duplicate. This means the datafile is part of an explicitly skipped PDB or tablespace or it does not belong to an explicitly duplicated PDB or tablespace.
Action
RMAN will automatically decide to offline or offline drop the datafile.
