Pluggable database string was created during recovery and all of its datafiles are offline, it cannot be opened.
Cause
Specified pluggable database cannot be opened as all of its datafiles were offlined during recovery.
Action
If the PDB is still needed, a separate full restore and recovery session of the PDB needs to be performed. If it is not needed, the PDB should be dropped.
