The file name for data file number of excluded tablespace string is missing in the control file.
Cause
The data file was missing. The excluded tablespace was treated as a skipped tablespace but not dropped after DUPLICATE with the existing CONFIGURE EXCLUDE FOR TABLESPACE command was issued.
Action
Issue the ALTER DATABASE RENAME statement to correct the control file and then bring the excluded tablespace online or drop tablespace.
