Cause
Backing up the Pluggable Database when database was in NOARCHIVELOG mode is not allowed.
Action
Pluggable Database backups are not allowed when the database is in NOARCHIVELOG mode. Close the container database and backup the complete database using the BACKUP DATABASE command.
