Cause
The specified backup file does not exist.
Action
If this error results from an EBU or RMAN command, it means that the EBU/RMAN catalog has gotten out of sync with the media manager catalog - i.e. EBU/RMAN thinks the file exists but it does not exist in the media manager catalog.
