Cause
An attempt was made to CONNECT with AS SYSDBA or AS SYSOPER privileges through the iSQL*Plus URL.
Action
CONNECT with AS SYSDBA or AS SYSOPER privileges is only permitted through the iSQL*Plus DBA URL. Remove the AS SYSDBA or AS SYSOPER arguments from the CONNECT request, or CONNECT through the iSQL*Plus DBA URL.
