For INSERT option, SODA collection must be empty. Error on collection string
Cause
A non-empty SODA collection is being loaded with the INSERT option.
Action
Use the REPLACE or TRUNCATE keyword to empty the old collection and store the new data in its place. Use the APPEND keyword to leave the collection's contents intact and add the new data to it.
