Cause
An error was encountered while trying to open the specified wallet.
Action
Ensure that the entry in the SQLNET.ORA file is correct, points to a wallet location with a valid wallet, and with the Oracle process having access to the file. Optionally, turn on tracing by setting the TRACE_LEVEL_CLIENT parameter in the SQLNET.ORA file to SUPPORT, reexecute the operation, and then review the trace file for more information.
