The Oracle Grid Infrastructure Standalone Agents cannot be upgraded.
Cause
An attempt to upgrade a resource failed because an existing XAG resource was already registered to Oracle Clusterware with Bundled Agents.
Action
Remove the existing XAG resource from the Oracle Clusterware home and then reissue the command.
