Cause
Metadata for the MdmHierarchy was incomplete or inconsistent. The MdmHierarchy did not have an associated MtmHierarchyMap.
Action
If the MdmHierarchy is created or modified using the OLAP Metadata API, then ensure that the object is created and mapped correctly. If the MdmHierarchy is read from the OLAP Catalog, then run PL/SQL procedure CWM2_OLAP_VALIDATE.VALIDATE_OLAP_CATALOG with type_of_validation OLAP API. Correct any problems.
