Cause
Metadata for the MdmPrimaryDimension was incomplete or inconsistent. The MdmPrimaryDimension (also known as MdmUnionHierarchy) did not have an associated MtmPrimaryDimensionMap.
Action
If the MdmPrimaryDimension is created or modified using the OLAP Metadata API, then ensure that the object is created and mapped correctly. If the MdmPrimaryDimension is read from the OLAP Catalog, then run PL/SQL procedure CWM2_OLAP_VALIDATE.VALIDATE_OLAP_CATALOG with type_of_validation OLAP API. Correct any problems.
