Cause
Mapping metadata for the hierarchy was incomplete or inconsistent. A mapping for the associated hierarchy could not be identified, possibly because of the way the dimension was mapped in one of the cubes.
Action
If the hierarchy is created or modified using the OLAP Metadata API, then ensure that the object is created and mapped correctly. If the hierarchy is read from the OLAP Catalog, run PL/SQL procedure CWM2_OLAP_VALIDATE.VALIDATE_OLAP_CATALOG with type_of_validation OLAP API. Correct any problems.
