Time dimension must have EndDate and TimeSpan attributes.
Cause
A time dimension did not have an EndDate or a TimeSpan attribute.
Action
Create an EndDate and a TimeSpan attribute using the OLAP Metadata API, and add them to the time dimension using the appropriate functions. If the time dimension already has an EndDate and a TimeSpan attribute, then ensure that they have been added to the time dimension. If the time dimension is read from the OLAP Catalog, then define the EndDate and TimeSpan attributes in the catalog.
