Cause
The MappedDimension property of a CubeDimensionalityMap pointed to a dimension that was not mapped.
Action
Change the MappedDimension property to reference a dimension that is mapped, or add a map to the current MappedDimension. For example, if MappedDimension points to a DimensionLevel, then the DimensionLevel must contain a MemberListMap.
