Cause
An attempt was made to upgrade an analytic workspace that was formatted for Oracle Database 10.1.0.2 or earlier. Only analytic workspaces from Oracle Database 10.1.0.3 and later can be upgraded using DBMS_CUBE.UPGRADE.
Action
Upgrade the analytic workspace to release 10.1.0.3 or later using methods described in the OLAP documentation for Oracle 10.1.0.3. Then use DBMS_CUBE.UPGRADE to upgrade the analytic workspace to Release 11g.
