Cause
The TimesTen main daemon failed to update the DBI file in the daemon home directory to indicate a change in the meta-information about a database. Common causes for this are:

Check that your file system is not full. Also, check that file permission and ownership of the DBI file is correct. If the problem persists, contact TimesTen Customer Support.
