Cause
TimesTen attempted to connect to a database that has been deleted and where both checkpoint files are missing.
Action
In TimesTen Classic, connect to the database with the Overwrite attribute set to 1 in the connection string to create a new database. For more information on the Overwrite attribute, see Overwrite in Oracle TimesTen In-Memory Database Reference.
