Cause
You attempted to create a linguistic index, but did not use the same NLS_SORT value for the columns.
Action
Recreate the linguistic index using the same NLS_SORT value for all columns used in the index or consider creating separate indexes for each NLS_SORT value. For more information, see NLSSORT in Oracle TimesTen In-Memory Database SQL Reference.
