Cause
This is a transient error. An element of the grid is currently recovering. The element cannot execute DDL statements until all prior DML operations have been applied.
Action
Once the element finishes recovering from the log-based catch-up operation, retry the statement.
Additional Information
TimesTen cannot execute the SQL statement.
