Cause
The TimesTen cache agent could not connect to the Oracle database with the given user name or password.
Action
This may be an issue with the cache administration user name and password. Or there are other issues that may cause the Oracle database user name and password to fail. Additional Information
All caching operations cannot proceed unless the cache agent connects to the Oracle database.
