Unable to cleanup orphaned Oracle objects because it could not lock the appropriate tables.
Cause
When the cache agent starts, the agent removes any orphaned Oracle database objects that were used in a previous autorefresh process. Before dropping the orphaned object, the agent locks the FT_USER_COUNT table so that no other agent can create new or drop old Oracle database objects. This warning is triggered when the agent was unable to lock the FT_USER_COUNT table.
