Cause
TimesTen is unable to grant the lock request because the lock is not available or a timeout occurred waiting for the lock to be released. If the lockwait interval is set to 0-2 seconds, this error may also result from a deadlock, as the deadlock detector runs only every 2 seconds.
Action
