Cause
This error can occur when you call the ttRepDeactivate built-in procedure. The error is triggered when there are some replicated autorefresh cache groups where state is ON and the cache agent is running.
Action
Alter the replicated autorefresh cache groups on the active node (to be deactivated) to the PAUSED state.
