Cause
You attempted to unload a database from memory that is in use or has an active connection.
Action
To unload the database from memory, you must close all active connections to the database and set the RAM policy of the database to manual or inUse. For more information, see Unloading a Database From Memory for TimesTen Classic in Oracle TimesTen In-Memory Database Operations Guide.
Additional Information
TimesTen cannot perform the operation.
