Cause
TimesTen cannot allocate memory from the heap for the CTN array in the context.
Action
Increase the value for the PermSize or TempSize attribute, or both. For more information on how to increase the values of PermSize and TempSize, see Specifying the Memory Region Sizes of a Database in Oracle TimesTen In-Memory Database Operations Guide.
Additional Information
The database cannot continue normal operations.
