Autorefresh trigger trigger_name is not enabled for table table_name. The cache group cache_group_name in database database_name will not be refreshed.

Autorefresh Oracle database object validation for cache groups finds that the Oracle database trigger trigger_name on the indicated table is not enabled. Autorefresh cannot work for the table. Either ALTER the AUTOREFRESH state of cache group to OFF and then back to ON, or drop and recreate the cache group.
