Could not find autorefresh trigger trigger_name. The cache group owner_name.cache_group_name in database database_name will not be refreshed.

Autorefresh Oracle database object validation for cache groups finds that the Oracle database trigger trigger_name on the indicated table of the cache group was not found on the Oracle database. Autorefresh cannot work for the cache group. Either alter the AUTOREFRESH state of cache group to OFF and then back to ON, or drop and recreate the cache group.
