The cache agent hasn't fully initialized yet. The cache group cache_group_name will be refreshed after initialization is complete.
Cause
A CREATE or ALTER CACHE GROUP statement was issued before the cache agent had a chance to initialize.
Action
None.
Additional Information
The CREATE or ALTER operation takes effect after the initialization completes.
