Failed to load Clusterware API libaray.
Cause
A TimesTen Clusterware utility was unable to load the Clusterware API library from Oracle Clusterware.
Action
An operating system error may precede this message and may be found in the ttcwerrors.log file. Diagnose and troubleshoot the operating system error. Run the ttInstanceModify -crs utility option and verify that all the values are correct. Also, ensure that the API libraries are located in the CRS_HOME/lib, directory.
