DC Power Cords

A DC power cable ships with each DC power supply. Each DC power cable is eight feet long. 3-conductor, 10 AWG cable with a three-position connector on the power supply end with a minimum rating of at least 140° F (60° C). The supply end of each wire is stripped and tinned for attachment to your rack’s circuit breaker or power supply. There is no ON/OFF switch with these power supplies. The following table lists the DC power cord wire markings.

Grounding Terminals

The grounding terminals are used to attach the Acme Packet 6300/6350 chassis to a local earth ground. The terminals are located to the left of the two power supplies on the rear of the chassis.
