        Method to set the number of top up information to be maintained in history The specified number of top up request ids will be maintained in the system. Any external top up request that is received with an id present in this history will be considered duplicate.

        topUpHistoryCount - number of top up information to be maintained in history

        Integer getTopUpHistoryCount()
        Get the configured number of top up history to be maintained in the system. Default value is 3

        Any external top up request that is received with an id present in this history will be considered duplicate.

        Returns:
        Returns the configured number of top up information to be maintained in the system or the default value if not configured.
