Parameters:

alertName - Name of the alert. Excamples are DiameterGatewayLatency, EMGatewayLatency

alertType - Fatal, Critical, Warn,

alertSource -

attributeTag - Tag for the alerts are measured. Example, Percentile, ThroughputRatio

attributeBasis - Basis on which the target and actual attribute values are calculated against

targetAttributeValue - Target value against which the calculated value is measured.

actualAttributeValue - Actual value for this parameter during runtime.
