1 Introduction
The purpose of this document is to highlight the changes made in Oracle Communications Cloud Native Core, Cloud Native Environment (CNE) from release 23.3.x to release 23.4.x. These changes may have impact on the customer network operations. Therefore, it is recommended to consider these changes while planning the deployment.
